Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments.
We offer a 1-year warranty on all Philips HID bulbs and 30 days for other items from manufacturer’s defects/failure, but it does not cover any defect caused by water damage, physical damage, modification, or improper installation.
Used items or items in ‘New Other’ condition, which we may offer from time to time, are excluded from our warranty program.
All items are guaranteed to be in working condition or in the condition we described as.
However, if there is any problem, please contact us immediately.
If you purchased the wrong item or need to return the item, you have 14 days to return the item from the date of delivery only if the item is in 100% same new/un-used/un-opened condition in original packaging (if there was any).
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply (contact us for more information).
** We record the production code & serial numbers of items we ship to identify what item was purchased from us.
